You may have read that the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has issued a funding announcement that seeks to develop novel solutions to enhance ASPR’s preparedness and response mission to “Save Lives, Protect Americans against 21st Century Health Security Threats.”
ASPR identified eight areas of interest, and one caught our attention: Medical Countermeasure Deployment and Dispensing
As you probably know, Bio-Defense Network is a national leader in public health preparedness, so we were interested in digging into that area, especially as it might deal with Closed PODs, which is one of our specialties.
