Here at Bio-Defense Network believe in getting annual flu shots. We believe that even in times when the current shot may not be especially effective. Medical experts agree that the seasonal flu shot it safe, but not totally save, and effective, but not totally effective.
But we would rather be “mostly safe and mostly effective” rather than not safe and not effective.
